Refunds & Returns

 

Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since you received your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange; however, please get in touch to discuss options. [Click here to send an Email]

To be eligible for a return, your item must be undamaged, in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging or be packaged similarly so as to avoid damage in transit.

To complete your return, we require a copy of your receipt, or proof of purchase, and confirmation of delivery date.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted:

  • Very limited signs of damage around edges may allow for a partial refund.
  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned in good condition more than 14 days after delivery will be considered for a 70% refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If a refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 10 days of our notification being sent to you.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Then if there is no sig. of the refund please contact your bank; different banks have different processing times for deposits.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale or discounted items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items under very unusual circumstances. Send us an email [Click here to send an Email] to discuss the exchange and send your item properly packaged to our address, which you will find on your Order or Invoice. You will be charged for the Postage of the exchanged item. 

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail the item to: {physical address}, making sure it is properly packaged to protect the contents during transit.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to return your item. Under any circumstance, shipping costs are non-refundable. 

You may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We clearly cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
